Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (125g) creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp (25g) packed brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) rice vinegar
  • 1 clove (5g) garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tsp (5g) fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp (5ml) Sriracha
  • 2 to 4 tbsp (30-60ml) warm water

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Whisk vigorously until the mixture forms a thick, uniform paste.
  2. Stir in the minced garlic, grated ginger, rice vinegar, and Sriracha. Continue whisking until the aromatics are evenly distributed.
  3. Add warm water one tablespoon at a time, whisking constantly after each addition, until the sauce reaches a velvety, smooth consistency that coats the back of a spoon.
