Ingredients:

  • 24 vanilla wafer cookies (200g)
  • 10 oz yellow candy melting wafers (280g)
  • 1/2 cup pink candy melting wafers (90g)
  • 1/2 cup white candy melting wafers (90g)
  • 12 mini semi-sweet chocolate chips (15g)

Instructions:

  1. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper and arrange wafer cookies in neat rows, ensuring they are not touching.
  2. Place yellow, pink, and white wafers in separate microwave-safe bowls. Heat each in 30-second bursts, stirring vigorously between intervals, until smooth.
  3. Dip the center and majority of each wafer into the yellow chocolate, leaving a small gap at both ends.
  4. Immediately dip one end of the wafer into the pink chocolate to create the eraser and the opposite end into the white chocolate to create the tip.
  5. While the white chocolate is still wet, press one mini chocolate chip into the center of the tip to represent the pencil lead.
  6. Let the cookies sit at room temperature or in the fridge for 60 minutes until the coating is completely hardened.
