Ingredients:
- 24 vanilla wafer cookies (200g)
- 10 oz yellow candy melting wafers (280g)
- 1/2 cup pink candy melting wafers (90g)
- 1/2 cup white candy melting wafers (90g)
- 12 mini semi-sweet chocolate chips (15g)
Instructions:
- Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper and arrange wafer cookies in neat rows, ensuring they are not touching.
- Place yellow, pink, and white wafers in separate microwave-safe bowls. Heat each in 30-second bursts, stirring vigorously between intervals, until smooth.
- Dip the center and majority of each wafer into the yellow chocolate, leaving a small gap at both ends.
- Immediately dip one end of the wafer into the pink chocolate to create the eraser and the opposite end into the white chocolate to create the tip.
- While the white chocolate is still wet, press one mini chocolate chip into the center of the tip to represent the pencil lead.
- Let the cookies sit at room temperature or in the fridge for 60 minutes until the coating is completely hardened.
