Ingredients:

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream, chilled
  • 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk (reduced sugar version)
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Pour the chilled heavy cream into a cold mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer on medium-high speed, beat the cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
  3. Gently fold the condensed milk mixture into the whipped cream using a rubber spatula with a cut-and-fold motion to maintain aeration.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a freezer-safe loaf pan or airtight container and smooth the top.
  5. Cover the surface directly with parchment paper or plastic wrap to prevent ice crystals and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
