Ingredients:

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla bean paste
  • 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
  • 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Pour the cold heavy cream, vanilla bean paste, and sea salt into a chilled bowl. Using a mixer on medium-high speed, whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. In a separate small bowl, stir the lemon juice into the sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Gently pour the sweetened condensed milk mixture over the whipped cream and fold using a silicone spatula in a figure-eight motion until streaks disappear.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a 9x5 inch metal loaf pan, smooth the top, and press parchment paper directly onto the surface to prevent ice crystals.
  5. Freeze for at least 6 hours until the edges are firm and the center is set.
