Ingredients:
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
- 1 tsp pure vanilla bean paste
- 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
- 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions:
- Pour the cold heavy cream, vanilla bean paste, and sea salt into a chilled bowl. Using a mixer on medium-high speed, whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate small bowl, stir the lemon juice into the sweetened condensed milk.
- Gently pour the sweetened condensed milk mixture over the whipped cream and fold using a silicone spatula in a figure-eight motion until streaks disappear.
- Transfer the mixture into a 9x5 inch metal loaf pan, smooth the top, and press parchment paper directly onto the surface to prevent ice crystals.
- Freeze for at least 6 hours until the edges are firm and the center is set.
