Ingredients:
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream, chilled
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk, chilled
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions:
- Pour the chilled heavy whipping cream into a bowl. Beat on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form, ensuring the cream stands straight up without drooping.
- In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Gently fold the sweetened condensed milk mixture into the whipped cream using a rubber spatula with a cut-and-fold motion until the color is uniform.
- Line a 9x5 inch metal loaf pan with plastic wrap or parchment paper. Pour the mixture in and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Press a piece of plastic wrap directly onto the surface of the cream to seal out air and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm.
