Ingredients:
- 3 oz Premium Vodka
- 1 oz Elderflower Liqueur
- 1.5 oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 oz Concentrated Raspberry Syrup
- 2 oz Chilled Brut Champagne or Prosecco
- 2 Fresh Raspberries
- 1 strip of Lemon Peel
Instructions:
- Place two coupe or martini glasses in the freezer for at least 10 minutes.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, elderflower liqueur, fresh lime juice, and raspberry syrup. Fill the shaker to the very top with fresh, solid ice cubes.
- Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 15 seconds until the exterior of the shaker is frosted and painfully cold to the touch.
- Pour the mixture through a Hawthorne strainer and a fine mesh sieve into the chilled glasses.
- Top each glass with 1 oz Chilled Brut Champagne or Prosecco. Express the lemon peel over the glass to release oils, then drop one fresh raspberry into each glass.
