Ingredients:

  • 3 oz Premium Vodka
  • 1 oz Elderflower Liqueur
  • 1.5 oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 oz Concentrated Raspberry Syrup
  • 2 oz Chilled Brut Champagne or Prosecco
  • 2 Fresh Raspberries
  • 1 strip of Lemon Peel

Instructions:

  1. Place two coupe or martini glasses in the freezer for at least 10 minutes.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, elderflower liqueur, fresh lime juice, and raspberry syrup. Fill the shaker to the very top with fresh, solid ice cubes.
  3. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 15 seconds until the exterior of the shaker is frosted and painfully cold to the touch.
  4. Pour the mixture through a Hawthorne strainer and a fine mesh sieve into the chilled glasses.
  5. Top each glass with 1 oz Chilled Brut Champagne or Prosecco. Express the lemon peel over the glass to release oils, then drop one fresh raspberry into each glass.
