Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Premium Vodka
  • 6 fresh Raspberries
  • 0.75 oz fresh Lemon Juice
  • 0.75 oz 1:1 Simple Syrup
  • 1 large Egg White
  • 2 drops Rose Water
  • 1 fresh Raspberry for garnish
  • 1 pinch dehydrated food-grade Rose Petals

Instructions:

  1. Place 6 raspberries in the bottom of your shaker. Note: Using fresh berries ensures the most vibrant pink color.
  2. Muddle the berries until they are completely pulverized and liquid.
  3. Add 2 oz vodka, 0.75 oz lemon juice, and 0.75 oz simple syrup. Note: Measuring carefully prevents a cloying or overly tart drink.
  4. Add 1 egg white and 2 drops of rose water. Note: The rose water is potent, so stick to exactly two drops.
  5. Perform a Dry Shake by shaking the mixture vigorously for 15 seconds without ice. until you feel the pressure build in the shaker.
  6. Add a generous handful of ice to the shaker.
  7. Perform a Wet Shake for another 15 seconds until the outside of the shaker is frosty and painful to touch.
  8. Double strain through a Hawthorne strainer and a fine mesh sieve into a chilled coupe glass. Note: This removes all seed fragments and ice chips.
  9. Wait 10 seconds until the foam settles into a distinct white layer on top.
  10. Garnish with a single raspberry and a pinch of rose petals.
