Ingredients:

Instructions:

  2. Pour the chilled heavy cream and sea salt into the cold bowl. Using a mixer on medium-high speed, whip the cream until soft peaks form.
  3. In a separate small bowl, stir together the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
  4. Gently fold the condensed milk mixture into the whipped cream using a silicone spatula with a 'cut and fold' motion to maintain aeration.
  5. Transfer the mixture to an airtight freezer-safe container, smooth the top, and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm.
