Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple, cubed
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced into half-moons
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • 1 cup fresh mango, cubed
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest

Instructions:

  1. Wash all produce thoroughly under cold water. Dry the berries well to prevent a watery salad.
  2. Chop the strawberries, pineapple, and mango into uniform 1 inch pieces until they are bite-sized and consistent.
  3. Slice the kiwis into half moons and halve the red grapes.
  4. Combine all the prepared fruit in a large mixing bowl.
  5. In a small separate bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice, and lime zest.
  6. Stir the dressing until the honey is completely dissolved and the mixture looks glossy.
  7. Pour the lime honey dressing evenly over the fruit.
  8. Using a large spatula, gently fold the fruit from the bottom up until every piece is coated but the berries remain intact.
