Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 tbsp Mushroom Powder
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Powder (16g)
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder (8g)
  • 1 tbsp Ground Ginger (5g)
  • 1 tsp White Pepper
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 tbsp Gochugaru or Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 tbsp Fine Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Coconut Sugar or Brown Sugar

Instructions:

  1. In a clean, dry mixing bowl, combine the garlic powder, onion powder, and ground ginger. Use a whisk to break up any clumps until the texture is fine and powdery.
  2. Add the nutritional yeast and mushroom powder to the bowl. Whisk vigorously until the ingredients are evenly distributed and the mixture reaches a uniform color.
  3. Fold in the sea salt, white pepper, and Gochugaru. The blend should appear speckled with red flakes against the savory tan base.
  4. Taste a small pinch of the mix to ensure the balance of heat and salt is to your preference, keeping in mind it will be diluted in water later.
  5. Transfer the finished ramen seasoning into an airtight glass jar and store in a cool, dry place.
