Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
- 1 tbsp Mushroom Powder
- 2 tbsp Garlic Powder (16g)
- 1 tbsp Onion Powder (8g)
- 1 tbsp Ground Ginger (5g)
- 1 tsp White Pepper
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 tbsp Gochugaru or Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 tbsp Fine Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Coconut Sugar or Brown Sugar
Instructions:
- In a clean, dry mixing bowl, combine the garlic powder, onion powder, and ground ginger. Use a whisk to break up any clumps until the texture is fine and powdery.
- Add the nutritional yeast and mushroom powder to the bowl. Whisk vigorously until the ingredients are evenly distributed and the mixture reaches a uniform color.
- Fold in the sea salt, white pepper, and Gochugaru. The blend should appear speckled with red flakes against the savory tan base.
- Taste a small pinch of the mix to ensure the balance of heat and salt is to your preference, keeping in mind it will be diluted in water later.
- Transfer the finished ramen seasoning into an airtight glass jar and store in a cool, dry place.
