Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (180g) Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup (250g) Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 2 scoops (60g) Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2 tbsp (20g) Hemp Hearts or Chia Seeds
  • 1/3 cup (115g) Raw Honey or Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup (45g) Dark Chocolate Chips

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, protein powder, cinnamon, sea salt, and hemp hearts or chia seeds. Whisk together until the protein powder is evenly distributed and no clumps remain.
  2. Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients. Add the creamy peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract.
  3. Using a sturdy silicone spatula, stir the wet ingredients into the dry foundation, emulsifying the mixture until a thick, cohesive dough forms. Fold in the dark chocolate chips if using.
  4. Line an 8x8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper. Transfer the mixture to the pan and press down firmly with the spatula to create an even layer.
  5. Place the pan in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the fats to crystallize and the bars to set. Slice into 12 even bars.
