Instructions:
- Pour the chilled heavy cream into a large mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer on medium-high speed, beat the cream until stiff peaks form.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Gently fold the condensed milk mixture into the whipped cream using a silicone spatula with a cut-and-fold motion to maintain the aeration.
- Spoon the mixture into a 9x5-inch loaf pan or freezer-safe container and smooth the top.
- Cover the surface directly with parchment paper or plastic wrap to prevent ice crystals and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
