Ingredients:
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream, very cold
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk, chilled
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Pour the cold heavy whipping cream into a chilled mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer on medium-high speed, whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate medium bowl, stir together the chilled sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently dollop about one-third of the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture and stir to lighten the base.
- Pour the condensed milk mixture over the remaining whipped cream and gently fold together using a rubber spatula with a 'cut and turn' motion until no white streaks remain.
- Line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper or plastic wrap. Pour the mixture into the pan, smooth the top, and cover directly with plastic wrap.
- Freeze for at least 6 hours, or overnight, until firm.
