Ingredients:
- 2 cups (480ml) Heavy Whipping Cream, cold
- 1 cup (240ml) Whole Milk, cold
- ¾ cup (150g) Granulated Sugar
- 1 tbsp (15ml) Pure Vanilla Extract
- ¼ tsp (1.5g) Sea Salt
Instructions:
- Pour the cold heavy whipping cream into your large mixing bowl. Beat on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the whole milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Stir vigorously until the sugar is completely dissolved and the liquid is smooth.
- Gently pour the sweetened milk mixture into the whipped cream. Using a spatula, fold the two together with a slow 'over-and-under' motion until streaks disappear.
- Transfer the mixture into an airtight container and freeze for at least 6 hours.
