Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (480ml) Heavy Whipping Cream, cold
  • 1 cup (240ml) Whole Milk, cold
  • ¾ cup (150g) Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) Pure Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ tsp (1.5g) Sea Salt

Instructions:

  1. Pour the cold heavy whipping cream into your large mixing bowl. Beat on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the whole milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Stir vigorously until the sugar is completely dissolved and the liquid is smooth.
  3. Gently pour the sweetened milk mixture into the whipped cream. Using a spatula, fold the two together with a slow 'over-and-under' motion until streaks disappear.
  4. Transfer the mixture into an airtight container and freeze for at least 6 hours.
