Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (300g) fresh pineapple, cubed
  • 2 cups (300g) strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 1 cup (150g) blueberries, whole
  • 3 medium (250g) kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 large (300g) mango, cubed
  • 1 cup (160g) green grapes, halved
  • 3 tbsp (64g) honey
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp (2g) fresh lime zest

Instructions:

  1. Wash and dry all fruit thoroughly. Chop the pineapple, mango, and strawberries into uniform, bite-sized pieces (roughly 1/2 inch). Halve the grapes to allow the dressing to penetrate the skin. Place all fruit into a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a small glass jar or bowl, combine the honey, fresh lime juice, and zest. Whisk vigorously or shake until the honey is completely integrated and the mixture looks glossy and translucent.
  3. Drizzle the honey lime dressing over the fruit. Using a rubber spatula, gently fold the fruit from the bottom up until every piece is lightly coated.
  4. Serve immediately or chill before serving.
