Ingredients:
- 2 cups (300g) fresh pineapple, cubed
- 2 cups (300g) strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 1 cup (150g) blueberries, whole
- 3 medium (250g) kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1 large (300g) mango, cubed
- 1 cup (160g) green grapes, halved
- 3 tbsp (64g) honey
- 2 tbsp (30ml) fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp (2g) fresh lime zest
Instructions:
- Wash and dry all fruit thoroughly. Chop the pineapple, mango, and strawberries into uniform, bite-sized pieces (roughly 1/2 inch). Halve the grapes to allow the dressing to penetrate the skin. Place all fruit into a large mixing bowl.
- In a small glass jar or bowl, combine the honey, fresh lime juice, and zest. Whisk vigorously or shake until the honey is completely integrated and the mixture looks glossy and translucent.
- Drizzle the honey lime dressing over the fruit. Using a rubber spatula, gently fold the fruit from the bottom up until every piece is lightly coated.
- Serve immediately or chill before serving.
