Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Brie
  • 8 oz Sharp Cheddar
  • 4 oz Goat Cheese
  • 6 oz Prosciutto
  • 6 oz Genoa Salami
  • 1 cup Blackberries
  • 1 cup Green Grapes
  • 1/2 cup Dried Apricots
  • 1/2 cup Pitted Kalamata Olives
  • 1/2 cup Assorted Jams
  • 2 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
  • 4 oz Assorted Crackers
  • 100g Pretzel Sticks
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts

Instructions:

  1. Place small ceramic bowls for olives and jams on the board first to act as anchor points.
  2. Position the larger cheese blocks (Brie and Cheddar) in opposing corners to create visual balance.
  3. Mold the goat cheese log into a ghost shape or creepy hand to create a central focal point.
  4. Fold salami into roses or quarters and ribbon the prosciutto to add height and texture to the board.
  5. Fill the remaining gaps with blackberries, grapes, dried apricots, and nuts to complete the color palette.
  6. Scatter pumpkin seeds across the board to create a dirt effect and add the crackers and pretzel sticks.
