- 6 oz Prosciutto
- 6 oz Genoa Salami
- 1 cup Blackberries
- 1 cup Green Grapes
- 1/2 cup Dried Apricots
- 1/2 cup Pitted Kalamata Olives
- 1/2 cup Assorted Jams
- 2 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
- 4 oz Assorted Crackers
- 100g Pretzel Sticks
- 1/2 cup Walnuts
Instructions:
- Place small ceramic bowls for olives and jams on the board first to act as anchor points.
- Position the larger cheese blocks (Brie and Cheddar) in opposing corners to create visual balance.
- Mold the goat cheese log into a ghost shape or creepy hand to create a central focal point.
- Fold salami into roses or quarters and ribbon the prosciutto to add height and texture to the board.
- Fill the remaining gaps with blackberries, grapes, dried apricots, and nuts to complete the color palette.
- Scatter pumpkin seeds across the board to create a dirt effect and add the crackers and pretzel sticks.
