Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (45g) Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/4 cup (60g) Non-fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Monk fruit sweetener

Instructions:

  1. Add the dry rolled oats and chia seeds to an 16 oz wide-mouth glass mason jar.
  2. Sprinkle the cinnamon, sea salt, and monk fruit sweetener over the oats.
  3. In a separate small bowl, stir the almond milk, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract until smooth and fully combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the mason jar.
  5. Stir vigorously with a small silicone spatula or spoon, ensuring no dry pockets remain at the bottom of the jar.
  6. Seal the jar tightly and place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 6 hours, ideally 8-12 hours, to allow the oats to hydrate and the chia seeds to swell.
