Ingredients:
- 3 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 2 cups Bugles
- 1 cup salted dry roasted peanuts
- 0.5 cup white chocolate
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Rice Chex and Bugles. Toss gently by hand to integrate the different shapes without crushing the cereal.
- Slowly pour the salted peanuts over the cereal mixture. Lift the ingredients from the bottom of the bowl upward to ensure even distribution of the heavier items.
- If using white chocolate as a binder, melt it in the microwave in 30-second intervals. Drizzle in a zigzag pattern over the mix spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Let set for 15 minutes before breaking into clusters.
