Ingredients:

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream, chilled
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla bean paste
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Pour the chilled heavy whipping cream into a cold mixing bowl. Beat on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form.
  2. In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla bean paste, and salt until smooth and uniform in color.
  3. Using a rubber spatula, gently fold one-third of the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture to lighten it, then gradually fold in the remaining cream using a figure-eight motion until no white streaks remain.
  4. Pour the mixture into a 9x5 inch metal loaf pan and smooth the top. Press plastic wrap directly onto the surface of the cream and freeze for at least 6 hours until firm.
