Ingredients:

• 36 individual graham cracker squares (approx. 300g)
• 1/2 cup (115g) Salted butter, melted
• 12 full-size milk chocolate bars (43g each)
• 24 large marshmallows (approx. 150g total)
• 12 tsp (60g) Creamy peanut butter

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to the High Broil setting and rack the oven to the top third position. Note: This ensures the heat hits the marshmallows directly for that perfect char.
2. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay 12 graham cracker squares in a 3x4 grid.
3. Lightly brush the top of each cracker with melted butter. Look for a shiny, even coating.
4. Apply 1 tsp of creamy peanut butter as an anchor point, then place two segments of chocolate on each cracker, followed by one marshmallow placed vertically in the center.
5. Slide the tray under the broiler for 60–90 seconds until the marshmallows expand and turn mahogany gold.
6. Remove from the oven and immediately press a second graham cracker square onto the toasted marshmallow. Note: Pressing down while hot welds the layers together.
7. Repeat the chocolate and marshmallow layering on the second level.
8. Broil for an additional 60 seconds until the second marshmallow is bubbly and browned.
9. Top with the final graham cracker and press down gently to secure the entire stack.
10. Let the tray sit for 2 minutes before serving.
