Ingredients:

  • 3 cups (450g) white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz / 397g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp (1.25g) salt
  • 10-15 drops orange gel food coloring
  • 10-15 drops yellow gel food coloring
  • 1 cup (170g) candy corn candies

Instructions:

  1. Combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Microwave on medium power in 30-second intervals, stirring well between each burst, until the mixture is completely smooth and glossy. Stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
  3. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
  4. Divide the melted mixture into three equal portions in separate bowls. Leave one portion white, add orange gel coloring to the second, and yellow gel coloring to the third, stirring until vivid.
  5. Pour the yellow layer into the pan and smooth the top. Repeat with the orange layer, then finish with the white layer.
  6. Immediately sprinkle the candy corn candies over the top of the white layer, pressing them in slightly.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge feels firm to the touch.
  8. Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and slice into 36 squares or triangles using a sharp knife.
