- 2 Tbsp Hemp Seeds (Hulled)
- 4 scoops Protein Powder (Vanilla Isolate)
- 1–2 tsp Zero-Calorie Sweetener
- 1/8 tsp Pinch of Salt
- 2 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Mixed Berries (1/4 cup per serving)
- Optional: Chopped Nuts/Seeds (1 tsp per serving)
Instructions:
- Combine Dry Ingredients: Into the large mixing bowl, measure and add the protein powder, chia seeds, ground flaxseed, hemp seeds, sweetener, and salt.
- Whisk Thoroughly: Use a balloon whisk to combine all dry ingredients. This step is critical to break up any protein powder clumps and ensures even distribution.
- Add Wet Ingredients: Pour the unsweetened milk and vanilla extract into the dry mixture.
- Initial Mix: Using the whisk, rapidly combine the liquid and dry ingredients. Whisk for approximately 30 seconds until the mixture is uniform.
- Rest and Remix (The Hydration Check): Let the mixture stand at room temperature for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, whisk vigorously again for 15 seconds to prevent the seeds from settling at the bottom, ensuring a smooth texture once chilled.
- Portion: Divide the mixture evenly among the four prepared individual jars (approx. 200mL/7oz capacity).
- Seal and Chill: Seal the jars tightly with lids. Place them in the refrigerator to chill for a minimum of 4 hours, or ideally, overnight (8 hours). This allows the pudding to set completely.
- Final Topping: Just before serving, open the jar. Top with the portioned mixed berries and the optional sprinkle of chopped nuts or extra seeds for crunch.
