Ingredients:
- 4 (6 oz / 170g) Red Snapper Fillets
- 1 tbsp (15ml) Olive oil
- 1 tsp (5g) Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp (5g) Garlic powder
- ½ tsp (3g) Kosher salt
- ¼ tsp (1g) Black pepper
- ¼ tsp (1g) Cayenne pepper
Instructions:
- Pat the red snapper fillets bone-dry with paper towels to ensure a proper sear.
- Brush each fillet lightly with olive oil, then evenly coat both sides with the mixture of smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not touch. Cook for 8–12 minutes until the edges curl slightly and the surface is a deep, golden mahogany.
- Carefully remove the fish from the basket and let it rest for 2 minutes to allow juices to redistribute.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top immediately before serving.
