Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground chicken breast
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 stalks green onion, finely sliced
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 8 sheets rice paper wrappers
- 2 tbsp neutral oil
Instructions:
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, and black pepper. Stir vigorously until the mixture is tacky and well-combined.
- Fill a shallow dish with warm water. Dip one sheet of rice paper for 5–10 seconds until pliable but still slightly firm. Lay it flat on a clean surface.
- Place 2 tbsp of chicken mixture in the center of the rice paper. Fold the bottom edge over the filling, tuck in the sides tightly, and roll upward to seal.
- Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
- Arrange the rolls in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching. Generously spray the rolls with neutral oil until the surface glistens.
- Air fry for 5 minutes, flip carefully, spray again, and cook for another 5 minutes until they reach a mahogany color and sound hollow when tapped.
